Well done Teamstar for two fantastic performances last week. You delighted both the congregation at All Saints Church on Monday afternoon, 5th December and your audience at Coronation Hall last Friday. Teamstar presented Mrs Gudgeon and Mrs Montgomery with a bouquet of roses each to say a huge thank you for all their hard work with
Teamstar. We wish them luck when they perform at The Christmas Concert in Harrogate on Saturday, 17th December.
PTA Christmas Fayre
Once again thank you everyone for supporting the PTA Christmas Fayre. Well done Y6 for your splendid efforts!
Thank you to the After School Club for making the Christmas decorations for our tree.
Medicines in School
Following recent First Aid training staff were informed that only prescribed medicines can be administered in school.
For prescribed medication please call at the school office to complete the necessary form.
Well done to all the children who took part in our nativities last week. It always brings such joy to see the younger children perform their nativity. As someone commented they never cease to be amazed how the personalities of the children manifest themselves when they are on stage. Elm and Oak timed the humour in their play superbly and truly did bring a smile to our faces. I would like to say a huge thank you to the staff as they brought their own writing talents to the fore by writing the scripts for the plays!
Save the Children
On Friday we will all be wearing our Christmas jumpers to raise funds for Save the Children. We would be grateful if you would like to contribute £1 per child for this very worthwhile charity.
