School Newsletter 24th November 2015

Dear Parents and Carers,

School Letterhead and Logo
I am writing to advise you of two changes on our school letterhead. We now have a new website: www.kirbyhillprimary.org.uk which we hope you will find helpful and informative.

Many thanks to Mrs Hornby for all her hard work liaising with the new provider. Thank you too to all the staff and governors for their support and contributions. I do hope you like the new site.

We also have a new logo on our letterhead for school sports participation. Last week Mrs Mackay and I met with Duncan Burgess, our Cluster coordinator for sports, to discuss the School Games Award (previously called Sainsbury's School Games Award) and he suggested based on our commitment and participation in sport that we should apply for the School Games Gold Award when the application window opens at the end of the school year.

If you would like to follow our school sports results you can do so by looking on the following website: http://peresults.co.uk

PTA
Many thanks to the PTA for organising a successful Christmas Fayre, it was wonderful to see so many of you there. The PTA film night is always popular and my thanks again go to them for organising the event.

Pyjama Day
Thank you for supporting our Pyjama Day last Friday. We raised £127.70 for Children in Need and the NSPCC.

Yours sincerely,
Mrs V Farby
