School Newsletter 5th January 2017

Dear Parents and Carers,

A Happy New Year to all our pupils, families and friends at Kirby Hill.  Warmest wishes for a joyous and peaceful start to the New Year, we hope that 2017 brings happiness to you all.  The Spring Term beckons new starts, refreshed enthusiasm and excitement for learning.  We aim to provide the very best opportunities for all of our pupils, nurturing talents, skills and creativity amidst a well-taught and balanced range of subjects.

The sporting calendar gets underway this Friday as some of our pupils take part in a swimming gala at Thirsk.  We will look forward to sharing our successes with you over the coming weeks and months and would like to thank you for your continued support in all aspects of school life.

Parent School Improvement Drop In Meetings
Just a reminder from January 2017, once a month, we will be having drop-ins in the school hall and this will be an informal opportunity to meet with Mrs Ward, Mrs Moulton, Mrs Mackay and myself to share ideas about school improvement.  The first meeting will be on Thursday 12th January, from 8.50am to 9.30am and will be about communication and how we can develop this further.  Please confirm your attendance at the school office.

Yours sincerely,

Mrs V Farby
